Notications (Service and Alert Codes)
These screens provide information on active notications and previously cleared notications. When selecting either a cleared or active notication a brief
description and alert code will be displayed. Notications are categorized by system, indoor unit (air handler or furnace), outdoor unit (air conditioner or heat
pump), zoning control (if installed) and thermostat.

Typically, either after a specic timer period or a
specic number of instances, some Service Soon
alerts will escalate to Service Urgent.

* For homeowner to receive email notications, email updates has to be enabled. From the home screen, go to menu > user account > Email updates and set to ON.
