Ifyourcomputeriscompletelyunresponsive,dothefollowing:

1.Pressandholdthepowerbuttonuntilthecomputerturnsoff.Afterthecomputeristurnedoff,restartby

pressingthepowerbutton.Ifthecomputerdoesnotturnon,continuewithstep2.

Nota:Donotremovethebatteryandtheacpoweradaptertoresetthecomputer.

2.Whilethecomputeristurnedoff,removeallpowersourcesfromthecomputer(batteryandtheacpower

adapter).Holddownthepowerbuttonfor10seconds.Plugintheacpoweradapterwhilekeepingthe

batteryoutofthecomputer.Ifthecomputerdoesnotturnbackon,continuewithstep3.
