•Donotattempttoliftanobjectthatyouthinkistooheavyforyou.Ifyouhavetoliftaheavyobject,

–Ensurethatyoucanstandsafelywithoutslipping.
–Distributetheweightoftheobjectequallybetweenyourfeet.
