Using Windows 8.1

Unlocking Lock Screen

If the PC is not used for an extended period of time, it goes into a locked state.

When the PC is used again, a lock screen appears and it may be unlocked using the

following method:

Unlocking Lock Screen

1 Press any key on the lock screen or drag up while pressing the left mouse button.

2 When the window for entering the password appears, enter the password.

(If no password is set, the lock screen is immediately unlocked.)
