1chicken, ready to cook (1.2kg)
2tbsp oil
1½tsp salt
2tsp paprika, sweet
1tsp curry powder

Baking and roasting rack
Ovenproof dish, 22cmx29cm
Kitchen string
Preparation
Mix the oil with the salt, paprika and
curry powder, then coat the chicken
with it.
Tie the legs together with kitchen string
and put the chicken breast side up in
the ovenproof dish.
Place the ovenproof dish on the baking
and roasting rack and slide it into the
oven compartment with the legs of the
bird pointing towards the door. Roast
the chicken.
