Tips on grilling

Pre-heat the grill n, m for 5-10
minutes.

Select the Full grill n for grilling
several items across the whole width
of the grill.
Select Economy grill m for grilling
only in the centre of the grill.

Place the rack on the middle shelf
level for thick cuts e.g. chicken
pieces, and on the top shelf level for
thinner items, e.g. steaks.
–
Always push the rack in as far as it
will go.
–
You can turn the rack the other way
up to adjust the distance from the
heating element.
–
Place the grill pan below the rack to
catch fats and juices.
–
Turn food being grilled once or more
if necessary.
Grill with the oven door closed.
