Replacing the plinth filter
Fi
t the filter back on the handle. Make
sure it is the correct way round.
To ensure that the filter is positioned
corr
ectly in the front of the heat ex‐
changer unit:
Fi
rst insert the handle with the plinth
filter attached over the two guide
pins.
– The word Miele on the handle must
be the corr
ect way up.
P
ush the plinth filter in completely.
The act of pushing in the plinth filter will
also push in the right hand guide pin.
Clo
se the heat exchanger access
panel.
The dr
yer can only be operated
with the plinth filter fitted correctly
and the heat exchanger access pan‐
el closed. The access panel must be
closed correctly to ensure that water
cannot leak from the condenser sys‐
tem and to ensure that the dryer
functions efficiently.
