3.1 Calls
3.1.1 Make a call
1. Press t.
2. Dial the telephone number.
3.1.2 Pre-dial
1. Enter the phone number (maximum 24 digits). If you make a mistake press
Clear
.
2. Press t to dial the phone number entered.
3. Press t again to dial over hands-free.
3.1.3 Memory numbers

, the number (or name if stored in the contacts list) is
displayed and dialled automatically.

To store a memory number, see 22.
3.1.4 Adjust volume
1. During a call, press
+

or u / d to adjust the earpiece or hands-free
volume. The level is shown in the handset display.
2. You can also amplify the earpiece by pressing on the side of the handset.
3.1.5 Answer a call
1. When the phone rings the LED flashes on the handset, press t to answer
the call.
2. Press t again to answer the call via hands-free.
3. To switch between hands-free and the earpiece press t.
Important
When the phone is ringing, avoid holding the earpiece too close to your ear as
it may damage your hearing.
Note
If auto answer is on (see 35), simply lift up the handset from its base to
answer the call. The default setting is
O
.
An incoming call has priority over other events. Whenever there is an incoming
call, other operations in progress such as phone settings, menu navigation, etc.
will be ended.
