Advanced settings
9.8 Restore default settings
You can restore your phone to its default (original) settings.
All the handsets that are registered to the base will be retained.
1. Press
Menu
, scroll u to
Settings
and press
OK
.
2. Scroll d to
Advanced settings
. Press
OK
.
3. Scroll d to
Reset
and press
OK
.
4. Scroll u or d to select either
Handset settings
,
Base settings
or
Delete user
data
and press
OK.
5. The display shows either
Handset settings?
,
Base settings?
or
Are you sure?
.
6. Press
Yes
to confirm or
No
to cancel.
Note
If you select
Delete user data
and the PIN has been updated from 0000, then
you will be prompted to enter your PIN and then press
Yes
to confirm.
