Module removal
1. Unplug the spark plug.
2. Remove the engine shroud by following the steps
procedures in Chapter 3: Air Intake Systems.
3. Remove the front fuel tank shroud using a 10 mm
wrench.
See Figure 7.11.
4. Remove the blower housing.
NOTE: The recoil starter will come off with the
blower housing.
5. Unhook the spark plug wire from the clip in the car-
buretor insulator. See Figure 7.12.
6. Disconnect the leads that runs from the module to
the stop switches.
See Figure 7.11.
7. Remove the module using a 10mm wrench.
