Incorrect mixture ratio (Weak or strong drinks)
Check the brix ratio
as described on
pages 12-14 and
re-brix if required.
Restore syrup
supply & re-prime
the syrup line.
Re-check the brix
ratio.
End
Check the following and rectify any
faults found:-
1. Ensure the syrup supply line is fully
primed and there are no air locks.
2. Check that the syrup supply line is not
kinked or blocked.
3. Check that the syrup pump operates
correctly and does not appear to be
running too slowly.
4.Checkthattheperistaltictubingistted
correctly and the securing clips are in place.
5. Check the syrup out lines to the cooling coils
arenotkinkedorhavecomeo.
6. If none of the above are an issue, replace
the syrup pump and re-brix.
7. Lastly replace the PCB if a replacement
syrup pump does not cure the problem.
Check the following and rectify any
faults found:-
1. Ensure the Co2 pressure is
75 – 80psi.
2. Check that the dispense valve is
opening correctly and there are no
blockages or a partial freeze up of
 theproductcoilsrestrictingtheow
of carbonated water to the dispense
valve.
3. Check that the syrup pump operates
correctly and does not appear to be
running too fast.
4. If none of the above are an issue,
replace the syrup pump.
5. Lastly replace the PCB if a
replacement syrup pump does not
cure the problem.
