Save the retouched copy.
Press J to save the retouched copy. Note that some time
may be required, particularly if multiple effects are selected
or if the shot contains a close-up of a portrait subject.
Press 1 or 3 to highlight the desired
option (options that can not be used
with the current picture are grayed
out and unavailable).
Retouch options
Press 4 or 2 to choose the effect.
Repeat Steps 3 and 4 as desired to
apply additional effects. Press J to
preview the result once effects have
been adjusted to your satisfaction (to
adjust settings after viewing the pre-
view, press 4).

Image Quality
Copies created from JPEG photos are the same quality as the original
(0 162). NEF (RAW) photos can not be retouched; when retouch
options are used with pictures taken at an image quality of NEF (RAW)
+ JPEG fine, the JPEG image will be retouched and saved as a fine-
quality JPEG copy.
