Assembly
4
To prevent electrical shock or fire, turn off the power switch of the power supply
(flip the switch to the "O" side) during assembly. The electrical power should be
supplied after assembling the microscope system.
When assembling the microscope, assemble the eyepiece tube first.
To carry the microscope, first detach the lamp house. Tilt the microscope
body while supporting it and then securely hold it by the base.
Never grasp the focus knobs, the eyepiece tube, the sliding nosepiece, the
stage, or so on when carrying the microscope system. This may cause the
part to come off, resulting in damage to the microscope system.
Be careful not to pinch your hands or fingers when setting up the
microscope.
Scratches or fingerprints on the lenses will adversely affect the image. Be
careful not to scratch or touch the lens surfaces.
This microscope system is a precision optical instrument. Handle it
carefully and do not subject it to a strong physical shock. (In particular,
objectives may loose accuracy when exposed to even a weak physical
shock.)
