SIM unlock phone
The SIM subsidy unlock code allows the device to use a SIM card from another wireless carrier. This may
be necessary when traveling internationally. To enter the SIM subsidy unlock code, follow these steps:
Important: Stop if you receive an error message. The device may lock permanently if you enter the
incorrect code multiple times.
1. See if your phone is eligible to unlock: SIM Subsidy Unlock Code.
2. From the Start screen, swipe left.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Scroll to and tap about.
5. Tap more info.
6. Record your IMEI number.
7. Contact Customer Care to request your unlock code.
8. Turn on the phone with the non-brightspot SIM card. The device displays
"Please input unlock code."
9. The phone displays a screen to enter the unblock code.
10. Enter the unlock code. If successful, the device displays "Phone is
unlocked."

To change the settings for taking and displaying pictures, follow these steps:
1. From the Start screen, swipe left.
2. Tap Camera.
3. Tap the More icon.
4. Tap photo settings.
Note: To adjust camcorder settings, tap video settings.
5. Tap the desired following settings to adjust:
o Scenes
o ISO
