4 Selecting the Mode
(Figs. 15 to 17)
1. Tap the desired mode in the [MENU] display.
· Guidance: The basic settings of microscope are performed automa-
tically with simple operations.
· Full Operation: In addition to the functions available with the Guidance
mode, details settings of the microscope can be modi-
fied.
2. When the [Preparation for Observation] screen is displayed (Guidance
mode only), tap the observation method to be used (Fig. 16).
When the [Observation Menu Description] screen is displayed, read it
and then tap the [X] button.
3. The control screen is displayed. The example shown in Fig. 17 is the
control screen for the Guidance mode, 10X objective and BF (brightfield)
observation.
} Tap the
GUIDE
button 1 to view the observation procedure (Guidance
mode only).
