23. Setting the upper blade
Requirement:
When the upper blade 23 is at its lowest position, the upper and lower blades must overlap by 0.5 mm
(fig. 42).
Check:
● Turn the handwheel in the normal direction until the upper blade 23 is at its lowest position.
● Check the overlapping of the upper and lower blade.
Setting:
● Turn the handwheel in the normal direction until the upper blade 23 is at its lowest position.
● Loosen the screw 24.
● Set the overlap of the upper and lower blades by moving the upper blade 23.
● Tighten the screw 24.
Test:
● As described under “Check”.
