STEERING POST INSTALLATION
NOTICE
The lower steering post bushings control the amount of
vertical movement in the steering post. Install new
bushings if they are damaged or show signs of
excessive wear.
1. Install the steering post
o
back into the vehicle.
2. Install a new split seal

onto the upper steering
post.
NOTICE
Install the bushings with the split seal recess facing
upward.
