5 Recommended Footprint and Stencil
Design
This chapter mainly introduces the recommended footprint and stencil design for BG95 and BG96
modules. All dimensions are measured in millimeter (mm), and the dimensional tolerances are ±0.05mm
unless otherwise specified.
