If a conformal coating is necessary for the module, do NOT use any coating material that may chemically
react with the PCB or shielding cover, and prevent the coating material from flowing into the module.
9.3. Packaging
SC200R series module is packaged in tape and reel carriers, and sealed in the vacuum-sealed bag. It is
not recommended to open the vacuum package before using the module for actual production. Each reel
is 380 mm in diameter and contains 200 modules. The following figures show the package details,
measured in mm.
