On User logoff, the controller continues to operate normally. A user must log back on to make
changes to setting.
6.4 Startup
Assembly of the XCell™ ATF System is described in the following sections. This section
provides a startup guide for an XCell™ ATF System connected to a bioreactor and ready for
use, with the following general conditions:
An XCell™ ATF 6 System is used in this example.
An XCell™ ATF System flow of 12L/min is required.
Bioreactor pressure is 0.0psi
height between pump midpoint and vessel liquid level is 0cm
Regulated air pressure set to 35psi
Vacuum source connected
6.4.1 Following LOGON and entry of BATCH Information, go to the SET UP screen.
6.4.2 Go to the BASIC SET UP screen and enter the following field values.
