The
tape
inputs are activated either with
TAPE

or TAPE 2 and are acknowledged
in
the display field.
N ote:
lf the recorder is equipped with output
level
controllers. these should be
set to the
maxi-
mum output signal
(normally
the
clockwise
limit
position).
lf source/tape monitoring
is
used,
the vo-
lume
of
the
source
and the tape
reproduc
tion should be aligned to equalvalues.
The tape outputs carry the signal
of the acti
vated
source.
Excepti
o
n:
lf TAPE'1
is
selected
as the source, onlyTAPE
2 carries the output sional
(and
vice versa).
The selected signal
source
is indicated
in
the display
field.
