Important Notes When
Replacing the Main Board
After replacing the MAIN BOARD ASSY PCB (#71901845), make the settings
shown below.
1. Before replacing the Main Board, back up the data (p. 52).
2. Replace with a new Main Board.
3. Execute the TEST MODE (p. 59).
The destination for the service-use MAIN BOARD ASSY PCB is set to US
(117-V region). Be sure to use 12.Destination region setting (p. 64) to
make the setting for the correct destination.
4. Carry out the procedure in System Software Updating Instructions
(Updating to Ver. 2.10 or Later) (p. 58).
In step 4, for the Edition setting, make the setting for the correct edition
for the destination. Selecting the wrong edition causes incorrect rhythms
to be played.
5. After the update has been finished, reset the power.
A factory reset is executed automatically.
6. After the factory reset has finished, at the screen that appears
immediately after, check what is displayed beneath the ATELIER logo.
If nothing is displayed, the edition is for 110/230/240 V.
If “American Classic” is displayed, the edition is for 117 V.
7. Restore the backed-up data.
