SPEAKER
SPEAKER ON/OFF
OFF, ON
Turns the speaker simulator effect on/off.
* There will be no effects when the COSM amp is OFF.
SPEAKER TYPE
BALANCE
DI=100, MC=0–DI=0, MC=100
Adjusts the balance between the sound of the speaker picked
up by the microphone, and the direct sound.
MIC SET
(Mic setting) -5–+5
Simulates the mic placement.
“0” simulates the standard placement. Negative (-) settings
simulate moving the mic away from the center of the cone.
Positive (+) settings simulate moving the mic closer to the
center of the cone, emphasizing the upper range.
COMP/LM (Compressor/limiter)
Compressor is an effect that compresses high input levels
and boosts low input levels in order to make the volume
more consistent, and produce sustain without distorting the
sound.
The limiter restricts high input levels to prevent distortion.
ON/OFF
Switches COMP/LM on/off.
* You can turn the VALUE dial to select PRESET.
TYPE
Select either the compressor “COMP” or limiter “LIMITER.”
● If the type is set to “COMP”
SUSTAIN
0–100
Adjusts the range (time) over which low input levels will be
boosted to create a consistent volume. Higher settings will
produce longer sustain.
ATTACK
0–100
Adjusts the strength of the attack that occurs when you pick
the string. Higher settings will produce a sharper attack and
a crisper sound.
TONE
-50–+50
Adjusts the tonal character.
LEVEL
0–100
Adjusts the volume.
● If the type is set to “LIMITER”
THRESHOLD
0–100
Adjust this according to the input signal from your bass.
When a signal higher than the specified level is input, the
signal will be limited.
RELEASE
0–100
This sets the interval from the time when the signal drops
below the threshold level until the time that the effect ceases.
