IOILING
SLEEVE
BEARINGS
WARNING:
To
avoid

oiling
unit.
1.
Release
belt
tension
by
sllding
the
tension
lever
to
the
right.
2.
Move
the
sanding
belt
slightly
to
either
side
of
the
idler
drum
to expose
the
oiling
section'
3.
Apply
two
to
three
drops
of
oil
in
the
.hole
on
each
side
as'sho*n.
Do
not
apply
more
than
three
drops
of
oil'
Too
much
oil
can
cause-
the
belt
to
slip,
and
oil
may
get
on
the
workPiece.
4.
Adjust
belt
tracking
as
described
in
the
Assembly
insiructions
under
tlie
heading
"lnstatting
the
Sanding
Belt
-
Tensronrng
and
Tracking"'
IREMOVING
PULLEY
COVER
1. Using
a
phillips screwdrtver.
remove
the
f lat head
screw
located
in
the
middle
of
the
cover'

Bearings
