Viewing ﬁles by category in Smart Album

In the thumbnail view, press [m].

Select a category, and then press [o].

Option Description

Type

View ﬁles by the ﬁle type such as photo, video, or

photo with a voice memo.

Date

View ﬁles by the date they were saved.

Week

View ﬁles by the week they were saved.

Location

View ﬁle by the place they were saved. (Only the

photos captured with a GPS module have the

location information.)

Select an option, and then press [o].

Protecting ﬁles

Protect your ﬁles from accidental deletion.

In Playback mode, select a ﬁle, and then press [ ].

To unprotect the ﬁle, press [ ] again.

Deleting ﬁles

Delete ﬁles in Playback mode and secure more space on your memory

card. Protected ﬁles are not deleted.

Deleting a single ﬁle

You can select a single ﬁle and delete it.

In playback mode, select a ﬁle and press [ ].

When the pop-up message appears, select Yes.
