9-5 ADJUSTMENT OF MEASURED VALUE AND RECORDER OUTPUT ZERO SPAN
This clause is used to adjust the measured value and recorder output.
Since DANGER(DAN)/ALERT(ALE)/OK alarm will be output during the test, open
the circuit between the DANGER(DAN)/ALERT(ALE)/OK alarm contacts and the
connected system if necessary.
Setting the DANGER Bypass Switch to "ON" position.
When mounting this monitor unit in the VM-5H3 or VM-5W1 Instrument Rack, set
the DANGER Bypass switch to “ENBL” position.
The machine is not protected during operation test.
9-5-1 INTERCONNECTION (ex. VM-5G SINGLE UNIT INSTRUMENT RACK)
Connect a synthesizer to the input terminal of the VM-5G Single Unit Instrument Rack and
measure the recorder output with a DMM.
Connect to the input/output terminals of the channel under operation test.
