Slide the lifting ring to align it
with the load’s centre of gravity
as shown in the diagrams below
Lock the ropes under the ring
with a cable clamp or similar
device so as to prevent them
sliding, and lift the load

The load must not be allowed to sway or oscillate by more than 15° in any direction when being lifted.
If the oscillation exceeds this limit, stop and repeat the lifting operation as instructed.
