Notes:
When the engine is warm the cooling sys-
tem is under pressure. If necessary reduce
pressure before repairs.
Secure all hose connections with hose clips.
Use pliers for spring strap clips to fit the
spring strap clips.
Always replace seals and gasket rings.
When installing fit the coolant hoses free of
stress, without them touching any other com-
ponents (pay attention to the marking on the
coolant connection and hose).
