Notes:
♦ When the engine is warm the cooling sys-
tem is under pressure. If necessary reduce
pressure before repairs.
♦ Secure all hose connections with hose clips.
♦ Use pliers for spring strap clips to fit the
spring strap clips.
♦ Always replace seals and gasket rings.
♦ When installing fit the coolant hoses free of
stress, without them touching any other com-
ponents (pay attention to the marking on the
coolant connection and hose).
