How to set the login procedure
Select user entry
Use the navigator to select single users. On the right menu side, you see the corresponding user data.
There are:
User ID: under this ID, all other data of a user is stored
User name: user name which is displayed in the screen indication field
Company/Authority: company or authority the user works for
Access level: user's access level
Add new users
Use key [1 abc] to add a new user. The menu
opposite is displayed:
In field User ID you have to enter a code consisting of 4
to 8 digits or letters. In fields User name and Company/
Authority up to 24 arbitrary characters are possible. If
you want to use passwords, enter exactly the same
password, which may consist of 4 to 8 digits or letters,
into the two fields for Password.
Select the Access level of the new user in the corres-
ponding menu item.
If you want to program an ISIS card* for the newly added user at once, activate the last menu item Pro-
gram ISIS card subsequently.
When exiting the menu with
r, the data is memor-
ized and the program changes to ISIS card program-
ming* (F 2-22), if activated in the last menu item .

If you do not enter anything into field
User name, the user ID will be displayed
instead in the screen indication field.
If you do not enter anything into fields
Password, a user will already be logged
in by entering his user ID.

For the access levels Local supervisor 1
to 3* you may define the access rights
(see below).

In units equipped with older software
versions, the data will only become ef-
fective when leaving the superior menu

r.
