4. Adjust the DELAY TIME POSITION control to move
the reference point to desired spot on the reference
signal trace (see Figure 33, Point A).
5. Observe leading edge
of the 8 Sweep reference signal
and use DELAY TIME POSITION control
to move it
to a convenient vertical graticule line.
6. Adjust the b. TIME control to move the time
measurement point to the desired spot on the
Channel 2 trace (see Figure 33, Point 8).
7. Observe the leading edge of the 8 Sweep comparison
signal
and use the b. TIME control to superimpose the
reference and comparison signal leading edges.
8. Read the time difference on the DM44 Readout.
