AFG1000 Series Specifications and Performance Verification
Performance tests
The Performance Tests include functional tests, such as the interface functional test
in this manual.
The Functional Tests verify the functions; they verify that the instrument
features operate. They do not verify that they operate within limits.
The Performance Tests verify that the instrument performs as warranted. The
Performance Tests check all the characteristics that are designated as checked in
Specifications.
