Checking Battery Status
To check the status of both the TI-Nspire Rechargeable Battery and the AAA
batteries in a handheld:
1. Press c to access the Home screen.
2. Press 5 4 to open the Handheld Status window.
Note: From an open document, press ~ 7 4.
Recharging the Handheld
To recharge the TI-Nspire Rechargeable Battery in a handheld, connect it to
either of the following power sources:
A standard USB cable connected to a computer
A standard, TI USB wall charger (sold separately in Europe and Asia)
The amount of time required to fully charge the battery may vary, but charging
normally takes about six hours. It is not necessary to remove the TI-Nspire
Rechargeable Battery from the handheld to recharge it. The handheld operates
normally while it is attached to a charging source.
