TOHATSU MFS 9.9C User Manual

Use a genuine propeller.
A propeller must be selected so that the engine rpm measured at wide open
throttle while cruising is within the recommended range.
15: 5,000 to 6,000 rpm
20: 5,400 to 6,100 rpm
