After the rst 8 operating
hours
• Replace the hydraulic lter.
•
Torque the wheel lug nuts to 50 ft-lb (68 N ⋅ m).
After the rst 50
operating hours
• Change the engine oil and lter.
Before each use or daily
• Check the engine oil level.
• Remove debris from the traction unit.
• Check the tire pressure.
• Grease the traction unit.
• Check for loose fasteners.
Every 25 hours
• Check the hydraulic uid level.
• Clean the foam air lter and check the paper lter for dirt or damage.
• Check the hydraulic lines for leaks, loose ttings, kinked lines, loose
mounting supports, wear, weather, and chemical deterioration.
Every 50 hours
• Lubricate the traction drive chains.
• Check the drive chain tension.
Every 100 hours
• Replace the paper air lter.
• Change the engine oil and lter (more frequently when operating
conditions are extremely dusty or sandy).
• Check the battery electrolyte level (replacement battery only).
• Check the battery cable connections.
•
Torque the wheel lug nuts to 50 ft-lb (68 N ⋅ m).
Every 200 hours
• Check the spark plugs.
Every 400 hours
• Replace the hydraulic lter.
Every 1,500 hours
• Replace all moving hydraulic hoses.
Yearly
• Change the fuel lter.
• Change the hydraulic uid.
Yearly or before storage
• Touch up chipped paint

R emo v e the k ey fr om the ignition and disconnect the wir es fr om the spar k plugs bef or e y ou do
an y maintenance. Set the wir es aside so that they do not accidentall y contact the spar k plugs.
