Is the Power LED lit?
Is the "Power ON/OFF" setting "OFF"?

Switch it to "ON" with the remote control. (Page 15 Step

Is the "Power" LED on the main display ashing?

The main unit is not mounted properly.
Mount them correctly again. (Pages 32, 33)
Is the breaker on the distribution board turned on?

Check whether there is a power outage or the
breaker has turned "OFF".
Is the Energy saver
LED lit?
While the LED is lit, energy saver
(Page 26)
is in operation, so the
toilet seat temperature may be reduced or the heater may be
turned off.
Is the remote control
working?
Does the display screen on the
back of the remote show "
"?

Replace the batteries. (Pages 14, 56)
Is the remote control transmitter or
the remote control receiver blocked?

Remove obstructions, dirt, water
droplets or any other blockages.

The remote control
uses
batteries
to operate.
First, try the actions described on pages 60 - 67.
