Do not use precoat bolts in any of the following cases:
(1) When a precoat bolt is removed.
(2) When a precoat bolt is removed as a result of
tightening torque check, etc. (Loosened or tightened.)
NOTE:
Check the torque with the lower limit of the tightening
torque. If it moves, retighten it according to the
following procedure:
2. Reusing of precoat bolts
(1) Clean off the old adhesive from the bolt, nut or threads.
(Also clean the threads when replacing the bolt.)
(2)
Dry
with compressed air.
(3) Coat the specified seal lock agent to the bolt thread.
