The telephone screen will display prompts to help you set up the telephone
when you first install it. Use OPTIONS to enter, save and move through menu
operations.
When the first feature is displayed on the screen, press OPTIONS
repeatedly to move through the menu.
Press CALL LIST or CALL LIST to scroll through setting options.
Press OPTIONS to save your selection and automatically advance to the
next feature setup.

Press CLEAR to exit without saving the selection and return to idle mode.

If you do not press any key to continue operations in 10 seconds, the telephone
automatically exits the menu and returns to idle mode.

Language selection
This telephone comes factory set for English display. If you want to change the
displayed language to ESPANOL (Spanish) or FRANCAIS (French), follow the
steps below:
Press OPTIONS repeatedly until the screen displays
SET LANGUAGE.
-OR-
When you first install batteries, the screen displays the
language setting menu automatically. Skip to step 2.
Press CALL LIST or CALL LIST to select
a desired language (ENGLISH, FRANCAIS or
ESPANOL).
Press OPTIONS, then the screen displays CONFIRM?
Press OPTIONS to save your selection and advance to
the next feature setup.
Set contrast
Use this feature to adjust the screen brightness to a
comfortable level from 1 (light) to 5 (dark).
Press OPTIONS repeatedly until the screen displays
SET CONTRAST.
Press CALL LIST or CALL LIST to scroll through contrast levels (1-5).
Press OPTIONS to save your selection and advance to the next feature setup.
