7.3.13 Non-EPA regulated countries only. Remove the high- and low-speed
needle valves (x and y).
7.3.14 Using a punch, remove the Welch plug (z).
7.3.15 Non-EPA regulated countries only. Press out the main nozzle (zz).
7.3.16 Remove the screen(s) (dd).
