3.1.4.4 5V/15V Power Supply (P/N 08340)
3.1.4.5 Power Stage Assembly (P/N 06906)

The 5V/15V power supply is found on the left
side wall inside the unit, towards the top. To
replace:
1. Unplug the AC and DC connectors
2.
Compress the locking plastic standoffs and
pull off one at a time.
3. Snap the new supply on and reinstall the
AC and DC connectors.
To replace the Power Stage:
1. Unplug the ribbon cable, the 2 wire
connector, the in line 4 wire connector all
power cables. Note the proper locations of
the power cables.
2. Remove the Power Stage by loosening the
thumbscrews on either side in front, and in
the middle in back.
3. Reverse steps to re-install.
Note: When reattaching the p
ower cables to
the new Power Stage, torque the bolts to 70
in-lbs.
1.
Remove the attached power cables.
2. Place something under the terminal to
catch the washers and metal shavings
3. Drill out the rivets using a 3/16" drill bit.
4. Install new terminal using 3/16" rivets
with the washers, or by using #10 screws,
nuts, washers and lockwashers.
5. Replace power cables.
