3. Factory reset the device, and tick “Erase SD card” before you start.
Before you do that, make sure you are in subscription and can download
the software updates.
Also, if you meet these issues frequently, you can avoid them by regularly
delete some of the software that are not commonly used, or delete
download folder regularly and do not download too many of them.
