Why cant I receive calls?
Check the SIP registration with your system administrator.
Check that the DND (Do Not Disturb) mode is deactivated on your phone. Refer to
Do Not Disturb (DND) on page 98.
Check that call forward is disabled on the phone. Refer to Call Forward on page
102.
Check whether the caller number is stored in the blacklist directory. Refer to Blacklist
on page 57.
Why does my handset not work?
Check that the handset cord is fully connected to both the handset jack on the phone
and handset. Refer to Phone Installation on page 23.
Why does my headset not work?
Check that the headset cord is properly connected to the headset jack on the
phone. Refer to Phone Installation on page 23.
Check that the headset mode is activated. Refer to Headset Use on page 64.
Check that the headset volume is adjusted to an appropriate level. Refer to Volume
on page 43.
Why cant I get a dial tone?
Check for any loose connections and that the phone has been installed properly.
For the installation instructions, refer to Phone Installation on page 23.
If you are logging into the web user interface of the phone with user credentials, you
need to enter the current user password in the Old Password field.
User password is configurable via web user interface only.
