APPENDIX A: INSTALLATION SITE INSPECTION
General rules
Are the installation site, the electrical and hydraulic systems to which the appliance must be connected, fully in
compliance with the regulations in force?

Do the installation site have the proper hygienic conditions in relation to the lighting, aeration, solidity?

Are planned for the unit an holding area near the workplace and appropriate protective measures before the installation?

There is a dislocation of the material and equipment that makes it easy and safe to handle? Are avoided the piles that may
be subject to falls?

In case of lifting:
• Is expected the use of cranes or hoists that ensures stability in relationship with the weight of the load?
• Is planned a position where drive the lifting that will ensure the view of the area of the lifting path?
• Is planned a delimitation of the area, where the operation will take place, in order to avoid the presence of people
under the lifted load?

INTERNAL UNIT placing specification
The product is designed for indoor use;
• Does the place avoids the frost?
• Does the place avoids direct sunlight (even when windows are present)?
• Is the place free of acid vapours, dust or gases?

• Does the bearing wall supports the weight of an installed product full of water?
• Does the site allows the installation of the product with all the hydraulic, electric and gas connection and accessories?

Does the placement of the internal and external units guarantees the simplest connection (≤6m with ≤3m of fall)? The
Hydraulic and gas components are easy to reach in case of maintenance?

Does the placement of the units guarantees that the connection cables will be far from electrical boxes, data transmission
systems and wireless (wi-fi router)?
