7.13 Anti-freeze
If the water temperature in the tank drops below 5 °C when the product is powered, the heating element (1200 W) is
activated automatically to heat the water to 16 °C.
7.14 Defrost
This function allows the evaporator to thaw, switching the heat pump OFF and the keeping the fan ON.
7.15 Errors
The errors which may occur during operation can be volatile (if the error condition does not re-occur) or non-volatile
(they must be restored with a manual reset or the intervention of the technician).
As soon as a fault occurs, the appliance enters into the fault mode, the ON/OFF key flashes and the display shows the
error code. The water heater will continue supplying hot water provided the fault affects only one of two the heating
units, by activating the heat pump or heating element.
Whenever the product displays an error message, switch the appliance OFF and then ON using the ON/OFF
key; if the error message re-occurs, contact the technical assistance service.
WARNING: Before taking any action on the product, following the instructions below, ensure the electrical
connection between the components and the motherboard is correct and the positioning of the NTC probes
in their respective housings is correct .
