7.2 Oil and oil filter change

Procedure
Step Action
1 Run the unit until warm.
2 Stop the unit, press the emergency stop button.
3 Switch off the voltage.
4 Remove filler plug (FC). Drain the sump by opening drain valve (Dm1).
5 Remove the oil filter (OF). Clean the filter seat, oil the gasket of the new filter and screw
the filter into place until the gasket contacts the seat. Then tighten by hand.
6 Fill the oil sump to the middle of the oil level sight-glass (SG).
See section Oil specifications for the correct type of oil.
7 Reinstall the filler plug.
8 Switch on the voltage, unlock the emergency stop button and reset the oil and oil filter
service warnings.
9 Run the unit for a few minutes.
10 Stop the unit, check that the oil level is in the middle of the sight-glass.
11 Top up, if necessary.
