7.3.6 Low Minute Volume Alarm

Priority High
Alarm condition A Low Minute Volume alarm will be given when the
minute volume is below the set alarm limit for
15 1 seconds.
Possible cause
Disconnection of patient circuit.
Mismatch between pressure setting and alarm setting.
Leakage from the mask or other components of the patient
circuit.
Decreased breath rate.
Reset criteria The minute volume goes above the alarm limit.
Ventilator action The Vivo 2 will continue treatment according to the cur-
rent settings.
Setting range
1 l. to 30 l.
Off
Setting resolution 0.5 l.
