Printer jam or paper jam
Remove the jammed paper depending on where it is jammed in the
machine. Open and close the scanner cover to clear the error.
Paper is jammed inside the paper tray
1 Pull the paper tray out of the machine.
2 Pull up the jammed paper to remove it.
