LIMITEDWARRANTYFORMODELYEAR2015PRECEDENTVEHICLES
WARRANTY
CLUBCAR,LLC(“CLUBCAR”)herebywarrantstotheOriginalPurchaserorLessee,asthosetermsaredened
herein,andsubjecttotheprovisions,limitationsandexclusionsinthislimitedwarranty,thatitsnewvehicleornew
componentpurchasedfromCLUBCARoranAuthorizedDealerorDistributorshallbefreefromdefectsinmaterial
andworkmanshipundernormaluseandservicefortheperiodsstatedbelow,subjecttotheprovisions,limitationsand
exclusionsinthislimitedwarranty.
Thislimitedwarrantycoversmaterial,workmanshipandrepairlaborcostastothoseitemsspecicallylistedbelowfor
theperiodsspecied.SuchrepairlaborshallbeperformedonlybyCLUBCAR,itsAuthorizedDealersorDistributors,
oraserviceagencyapprovedbyCLUBCAR.ForrepairsmadebyqualiedtechniciansotherthanCLUBCAR’sfactory
techniciansoranAuthorizedDealerorDistributor,CLUBCARwillprovideonlythereplacementpartsorcomponents.
IFTHEWARRANTYREGISTRATIONFORMISNOTCOMPLETEDANDRETURNEDTOCLUBCARATTHETIME
OFTHEORIGINALRETAILSALE,PURCHASERMUSTPROVIDEPROOFOFDATEOFPURCHASEWITH
ANYWARRANTYCLAIM.

EXCLUSIONS
ExcludedfromanyCLUBCARwarrantyisdamagetoavehicleorcomponentresultingfromacauseotherthana
defectincludingpoormaintenance,neglect,abuse,accidentandcollision,maintenanceadjustments,unreasonableor
unintendedstrainoruse,improperinstallationofaccessories(suchasconnectinganyaccessoriestolessthanthefull
packofbatteries),installationofpartsoraccessoriesthatarenotoriginalequipmentincludingnon-approvedGPS
systems,non-approvedalterationandactsofGod.AlsoexcludedfromanyCLUBCARwarrantyareallfuses,lters,
decals(exceptsafetydecals),lubricants,routinewearitemssuchasthechargerplugandreceptacle,enginemounts,
mats,pads,sparkplugs,lightbulbs,brakeshoes,belts,brushes,bushings,drivebuttons,cosmeticdeterioration,and
itemsthatdeteriorate,fadeorfailduetoexposureorordinarywearandtear.
Theprovisionsofthislimitedwarrantyshallnotapplytofailureduetothefollowingconditions:
