1.1.g Reading the temperature
8. By pressing the S10 button it is possible to view in sequence the actual temperatures and the
programmed temperatures of the tank (t1) and of the rinse booster (t2) for the selected cycle.
t1 Wash tank
The display show “x.x. .”: tank temperature.
The display show “x.x.P.”: tank temperature set
t2 Booster
The display show “. .x.x. .”: rinse temperature.
The display show “P.x.x.”: rinse temperature set.
The operations described above cannot be performed during a cycle.
1.1.h Deactivating the dishwasher at the end of the day

9. At the end of service, turn off by using the main wall switch and close the water and steam* valve.
(*) for steam machines only.
1.2 WARNINGS
1.2.a Warnings during operation
1. Check that the washing temperature is maintained at around 55-60° C.
2. Do not immerse your bare hands in the soapy water. Should this happen, immediately rinse them with plenty
of running water.
3. Use only specic anti-foaming detergents for industrial machines.
4. Do not open the door too quickly while the machine is running;
5. If one or both of the counterbalance springs break, open and close the door slowly.
The latter will be heavier in opening and faster in closing. If one or both of the above conditions are found, it
is important to inform the authorised service centre and temporarily take the machine out of service.
6. Turn the appliance off in case of failure or malfunctioning. For any repairs, contact a technical service centre
authorised by the manufacturer and request original spare parts.
7. In no case whatsoever must you change the original settings of the machine without rst having consulted
the technical service centre authorised by the manufacturer.
8. Do not open the hood too quickly while the machine is running.
9. Change the water in the wash tank even several times a day depending on the cycles carried out.
For any repairs, contact a technical service centre authorised by the manufacturer and request original spare parts.
Failure to comply with the above-mentioned recommendations could jeopardise the safety of the dish-
washer.
1.2.b Warning after washing
At the end of the washing operations:
1. Press Q1” button to switch the machine off.
2. Take the overflow out to empty the tank.
3. When the tank is empty, take the filters out and clean them carefully.
4. Check and, if necessary, clean the swivels and the washing and rinsing jets, by taking them out of the
respective stud bolt. Wash the tank carefully by means of a water jet.
5. Replace the overflows and the filters in the respective seats.
6. Clean the outer surface of the machine by using a wet sponge; don’t use water jets because, beside being
dangerous they could damage the electrical parts; don’t use abrasive detergents.
7. Disconnect the equipment from the mains voltage through the wall-mounted on/off switch and close the
water and steam supply cocks (*)
(*) for steam machines only.
