Whenoperatedand maintainedaccordingtoallsuppliedinstructions,ifanynon-expendablepartof thisridingequipmentfailsduetoa defectin
materialor workmanshipwithintwo yearsfromthedate orpurchase,call1-800-659-5917toarrangeforfreein-homerepair.
Theframeandfrontaxlewill be repairedfreeofchargeforfiveyearsfromthe dateof purchaseifdefectiveinmaterialor workmanship.
Allofthe abovewarrantycoverageappliesfor only90 daysfromthedateof purchaseifthis ridingequipmentiseverusedforcommercialor
rentalpurposes.
Inallcases,if repairprovesimpossible,theridingequipmentwillbe replacedfree ofchargewiththe sameoran equivalentmodel.
Thebatterywill be replacedfreeof chargefor 90 daysfromthedateof purchaseifdefectiveinmaterialorworkmanship(ourtestingprovesthat it
willnotholda charge).
Thiswarranty coversONLYdefects in material andworkmanship. Searswill NOTpayfor:

Standardmaintenanceservicing,oilchanges,or tune-ups.
Tirereplacementor repaircausedbypuncturesfromoutsideobjects,suchas nails,thorns,stumps,or glass.
Tireor wheelreplacementor repairresultingfromnormalwear,accident,orimproperoperationor maintenance.
Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatorabuse,includingbutnot limitedtodamagecausedbytowingobjectsbeyondthe
capabilityofthe ridingequipment,impactingobjectsthatbendtheframeorcrankshaft,or over-speedingtheengine.
Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence,includingbutnot limitedto,electricalandmechanicaldamagecaused
byimproperstorage,failuretouse the propergradeandamountofengineoil, failuretokeepthe deckclear of flammable
debris,orfailureto maintaintheridingequipmentaccordingto theinstructionscontainedintheoperator'smanual.
Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedbyfueldeterminedto becontaminatedoroxidized(stale).Ingeneral,fuel
shouldbeusedwithin30daysofitspurchasedate.
Normaldeteriorationandwearofthe exteriorfinishes,or productlabelreplacement.
Thiswarrantyappliesonlywhilethisproductiswithinthe UnitedStates.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoumayalso haveotherrightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
