Safe Torque Off function is enabled while Pr.06-
49 is set to 0000h or 0002h.
77 (STL2) Safe torque loss 2 (STL2) STO2–SCM2 internal circuit error.
78 (STL3) Safe torque loss 3 (STL3)
STO1–SCM1 and STO2–SCM2 internal circuit
error.
